Confirmed with dealer that the 8/3/26 date is the date the car was produced. It is now awaiting shipment. So when you guys see a date next to “in production” your car has physically been completed.

It should bring up this screen and it should be above your vehicles. Another work around you can try is to add your new Mustang to your vehicles in the ford app and then try the steps from the previous post again.
