Not sure how I feel about this. AWD/RWD aside, I would personally like to see a traditional manual transmission offered in the GT500 again as we all know they skipped that option for the S550 GT500.
Anyone care to render a Bullitt S650 (using the GT's front end of course)? I'm thinking the S650 will look 😍 in Highland Green, especially considering the rear haunches and taillights are much closer in style to McQueen's '68 fastback.
Reading his comments though, with sights aimed at Porsche at Ferrari, even though he references DH, I think it's likely he's alluding to a Shelby GT500.
The correct answer here is "it depends". During regular driving, yes, you should aim to fully disengage the clutch between shifts (i.e. foot to the floor). During spirited driving, or racing, taking the clutch just past its engagement point is sufficient between shifts.
