Yes because cutting oil flow to a hot engine repeatedly over the lifetime of your car won't have any wear on cams, valves, bearings, etc. Lots of modern engines are chewing up rockers, cams, rod bearings prematurely due to low viscosity oil, auto stop start, things designed to reduce emissions...

They are just called o2 simulators or dummy o2 sensors. I haven't really looked for them since the early 2000s. Not sure if they are still a thing with all the new federal emissions laws.

Seems a bit expensive, you could get aftermarket 19x10 and 19x11 cheaper.

I believe the upstream o2 sensor above the cat is used for computer calculations and adjustment. The downstream sensor just detects a failed catalyst so it's easy to spoof.

Didn't they used to sell dummy o2 sensors that would always report good on the computer even if the cats were removed?

Most of them have it on their license plate or back window.
