"It can't be tuned, the 650 sucks"...
My word, have some patience. The sobs have been out for little over a month,
Interesting info. Explains possibly why JPC's 24 GT, with the 100 shot, was closing the throttle blades at the top of every gear.
I believe the non active GT exhaust is comparable to sport on the active.
The DH has a fairly louder exhaust all together.
The GT did well in the roll races. Two cars down from a dig.. not bad.
650 was a non Magnaride vs the Camaro with Magnaride...
So skewed from the start. Add the tire equation in as well.
The 650 can be made into a weapon. From Flat Rock, as is, it's not quite there.
I have said this before, and we are now seeing it first hand, the departure of the Camaro is...
Good Ol' Lapeer...Haven't ran there is 20 yrs, since I moved. Miss Ubly, too.
There is an 11.7 in that car easy, with a tire. Prob a few more MPH on the trap too.
Factory tune is seeing 26 degrees of advance on Top Tier 93 oct. That is rather aggressive from Ford. I doubt adding octane booster will do anything or make the ECU add any timing.
I tried it a few times (VP Octanium) on my Tuned 18GT. Zero benefit observed.
You have a good point. I will also counter. Adjusting fan speed or shutting off the system, shouldn't be a two step, take your eyes off the road process.
First world issues but, annoyances none the less.
