I just checked my order and mine too still says in production as it has since last Thursday (March 14th). My blend date is 3/26/24 per my window sticker so hopefully we'll see our cars getting built sometime soon:)

Not to sound like an idiot but when you say you disconnected the battery are you talking about disconnecting both terminal connections? Just making sure I have this down in case my Mustang does this after I get it.

I agree that sounds like a long time. But maybe even though it was ordered in April of 23 it took months to build it so maybe there's a few of these unicorns out there? Maybe the article quoted the wrong date somehow? Anything's possible :)

Yeah that's a good point about wanting it to look uniform but really I wonder if anyone else besides me would notice, lol. I guess it's possible the other screen could get damaged when you clean it if you use the wrong cloth, etc or something was stuck to the screen that smeared and scratched it...

Thanks for the feedback. I see someone else posted a link to a single protector for the center screen for sale on Amazon. I recognize the company as I have used their products on phone's before so I might give the single one a try.

So how are you liking the screen protectors so far? Would you say the clarify of the screens is as good or better with the protectors compared to without them? Also I wonder if we really need a protector for the main screen in front of the driver? That one isn't touch screen correct but maybe...

Maybe I should have went DH as well, lol. Glad you are enjoying the car and I'm looking forward to getting my GT as well. A 60 mile drive home in the rain in a brand new DH sounds like an interesting way to start ownership :)
