Also experienced a duplication of the anomaly: recall inspection and engine oil and filter changed (and reset life monitor noted on invoice) but fordpass is not showing that the recall is closed nor the oil life updated even though the odometer is correct. We did not manually reset the oil life...

Hopefully you get it soon and all goes well. there are a couple threads re screen protectors and there has even been talk of just putting a protector on the center screen (even if one vs two) since the driver screen isn’t really a finger magnet.
