Corvettes are readily available in the Z06 and less trim. Not sure about the ZR1 but I bet "you" will not be able to touch one without a ton of ADM

The corvette is a rear mounted TK transmission and that mileage will vary. Yes, I am a manual guy and know when to say "yeah, no!" Had they made a DH convertible (overpriced as they are) I would be driving one of those Tremec manuals.
