People that do not understand convertibles will never understand convertibles. I bought a 2023 ZL1 Convertible and was asked why I bought a track car with no top. Same reason a lot of people lift and tire trucks and never off-road. Or why people put a SC on a GT and never race it.

Not necessarily the premiums themselves but lots of large companies do give you discounts and incentives for a healthy lifestyle. I also know a few that charge you for "unhealthy" lifestyle, like smoking, vaping and chewing.
I would imagine someone paying $110K+ for a car is not worried about insurance premiums. If they are, they probably should not be paying 6 figures for a car.
