There's lot of threads on this if you do a search. Cold air intakes on the S650 are pretty much for looks only. Even with a tune the gains are almost nothing. If you are doing it for under hood esthetics just pick the one you think looks best. Otherwise its a waste of money.

Well, a wider tire and shorter sidewall will definitely change the steering feel and make the ride more bumpy. But it shouldn't cause more vibration. So is the wheel vibrating, or just moving with the road imperfections?

What size are the tires before and after? Thinner sidewalls definitely give more road feedback.
