  1. FordPass App becomes "Ford" As Blue Oval's Official Ownership App

How about that, I updated yesterday and didn't notice the name change. The app looks good.
  2. New Motor

I think the reason is that the old time engines were low stressed; low revs, low power, low compression etc. I remember my Dads Holden running it's conrod bearings. The fix was simple, crank grind, new shells, new rings for luck, and off it went. These days of high specific outputs and revs...
  3. I’m keeping my 2025 Mustang GT Stock -

I wouldn't buy a significantly modded car, like more than just new wheels or maybe a brake upgrade, the reason being; I don't know who did it and/or I don't know if they knew what they were doing.
  4. I’m keeping my 2025 Mustang GT Stock -

    Hand or car wash?
  5. New Motor

Would that be the Youtube font of all truth? I don't believe a fraction of what's said unless they prove their credibility in some way.
  6. New Motor

I don't know what Ford did to it, but the Mazda 2.3 was the go to for high power MX5 turbo set ups. No one seemed to have reliability problems
  7. What would you do?

    Do both have a warranty?
  8. Brittany Blue Vs Vapor Blue Pics?

I'd go for Vapour by a head.
  9. Tire pressure for 20x9 Premium Wheels

Be careful torqueing the mounting bolts. Start at a lower figure and work up to spec.
  10. Custom Mode - Sport Mode Adaptive Dampers

It is stupid how Ford have set it up. Being able to soften the dampers, and having everything else sharp for fanging on a rough road is a huge plus.
  11. Your Top YouTube Channels for Reviews, Tech, Leaks, and Mods

I like Sarah N Tuned, massive OCD, but it's great when applied to car fiddling. I also like her double entendres. Charoudin XThiloX I do cars. M539 Restorations. And a bunch of others I won't name because I love watching amateurs f**k things up.
  12. Odd things I have noticed

    I haven't seen one yet. 🤞 🤞 🤞
  13. Tire pressure for 20x9 Premium Wheels

How does the ride compare to the staggered 19" 40 profile set up?
  14. New Motor

I'm surprised this is common. What was the cause? Any particular brand?
  15. New Motor

No, Pommie stuff. I was in the trade in the 60's and 70's
  16. 2025 GT — 12,000 Mile Review

I thought I was fanatical about my cars. But I bow to your masters level OCD. We also have a mild climate. But we do see a lot of showery weather so the second car gets a lot of use around town in winter and spring
  17. What is everyone using to clean your screen?

I'm in the microfibre cloth camp. But I save a high quality, super soft cloth just for the screen. Optical cleaning cloths are also great, but a bit small.
  18. New Motor

I think single use means the bores are not machinable due to the coating that's used. I may be wrong. I'm not familiar with lemon laws, but common sense tells me they would not cover the failure of a third party component such as a spark plug. Which, BTW, is something I have never seen. Although...
  19. Manual 6 speed 10-1200 miles grinding 2nd 3rd shift

Incorrectly adjusted clutch pedal/throwout can cause synchro clash when shifting. Activate the warranty.
  20. Odd things I have noticed

I'm with you 100%. I was just thinking that this car is therapeutic in a similar way that riding a bike is. It's not as intensely focussed but it makes you feel good. It's like a automotive sauna of wellbeing. Now that I've written that the bitch will breakdown🤞
