Pretty sure is wasn't "all", or even "most"...........................but this one did! Skip the first 9:20 of the vid if you like; it's just the owner driving down the street/s. It becomes surreal and darkly humorous at that point.
FYI/PSA: Should "you" ever experience a LiON fire in...
Having your ride, what ever it may be, get flooded during a storm sucks! It's always a good idea to move your vehicle to higher ground (if you can) when there is a possibility of flooding from an oncoming storm, storm surge, etc.
Beyond the risk of damaged electrical components, mold &...
I lived and worked in Israel from June '04 to Mar '06. A number of my Israeli friends and associates were quite proud of their "free" health care and college. They also complained bitterly every payday about how little of their wages ended up in "their" hands. As a guest in their country; I...
My Focus RS's turbo four banger was GDI only. Several of our forum members reported varying degrees of intake valve carbon build up during engine tear downs. The amount of build up certainly seemed to be mileage related (more miles = more carbon build up).
I took the RS to Livernois Motorsports...
I ran Continental Extreme Contact DWS Pluses on my Focus RS year round for 3 years. No complaints at all including up to 6 ins of snow). Good luck with whatever you go with!
Try using a vinyl and/or leather wipe to reduce the scratches. Not aware of any protective material for them. Make sure you don't have any hard items/materials on your belt/hip when you enter/exit your car, and you might wish to modify your entry/exit technique to minimize rubbing on the bolster.
Damn! $350 for a fob + $250 for programming?! I thought the $230 for a fob + programming for my RS was outrageous!
For $600 the dealer should be giving you a year's free hand washes on your Mustang!
@Bikeman315 😆 I have a family member, whose IQ is exceeded only by their "lack" of good car ownership skills. They bought a set of nice running boards for their spouses full sized 4 x 4 pick up. Then a few weeks in; ran the truck through one of those old school car washes with the giant...
Dang! 👍 Now all I need is to hire a very small person to ride in my trunk with the rubber ramp, and hop out and deploy the mat at parking lot entrances and the like! 😆
Likely; your best bet is to check with other car people/friends/associates in your area for what, if any, recent tire changing experiences they've had. at a shop in your area. If you come up with some likely candidates (shops); don't be afraid to go in and strike up a polite conversation with...
Dang! That sucks! Like the others, I'd wait for the OEM to come in and have my dealer do the install.
Slap some duct tape across the crack and pretend you're a hero in a cheap drive in car chase movie for a couple three weeks!
Best of luck with what ever you choose!
