normally they are just grab and tug to release the clips from the slots in the A pillar. There is an airbag in back of the cover, you will probably find the cover has a tether on it to keep it from being shot across the car if the bag should deploy.

I just looked at the back seat in my ragtop. On a coupe there are relief cuts in the seat bottom to the left and right of the transmission tunnel to allow the bottom hinge to rotate forward as the seat back is lowered. On the ragtop those relief cuts are not there which leads me to believe...

IF your dealer has an allocation to get one AND IF they will sell you one you are looking at about 10 months to get it, between unavailable parts and the tire thing, the car is a horror show as far as having the stars line up and the moon being full in order to get it built.

Any time we align a car, or do a major service, we drive the car. I can always tell when the shop owner is unhappy with an alignment he has just done, usually on a classic car, when it comes back in the parking lot and he drives it right back on the alignment rack I can tell when he is happy...
