You need to charge your battery and then start the testing.
Ofcourse your battery is low at this point and it will not get better if you don't charge it.

Cars these days are one big computer. Even when the car is off some computers keep working.

The spoiler you are referring to is not the performance pack spoiler.
The performance pack spoiler is a higher spoiler.
The one you see on the picture is just a flat spoiler stuck on the trunk and comes standard kn the Premium Mustangs. You can opt for a spoiler delete if you don't like it.
