  1. XPEL Ceramic Coating on my 2024 Mustang GT

Love the XPEL ceramic coat on my black S650 also. Looks great!
  2. So I got to drive a new 2024 EcoBoost coupe today…

I've never owned an EB S550 but I do rent the convertible version with PP if I can find it whenever I head out on vacation to Florida or what not and it's a very fun, responsive, nimble road trip vehicle. Must always be in Sport or Sport+ though :) I would imagine the S650 version offers better...
  3. Ford Performance TPMS kit

Absolutely correct, thank you Sofa King!
  4. Ford Performance TPMS kit

That TPMS tool will work! If you're on stock wheels and tires, it's safe to assume you have the proper sensors- start by trying to re-learn the sensor. If you had a tire rotation recently it can cause it to fault out. If the re-learn process does not work it's either a bad sensor or possible...
  5. Ford Performance TPMS kit

The big thing is verify that you are using sensor part number F2GZ-1A189-G (433mhz). They will NOT re-learn tire PSI automatically UNTIL you have used the TPMS 19 remote to train each wheel so it knows the wheel position (typically only needs to be done once when first getting wheels). The...
  6. Crazy rear end

I can attest that the forum members here are giving the proper advice. Unfortunately, it does ultimately boil down to the subframe. Steeda’s subframe alignment kit is the fix for the floaty rear end.

  8. Glove compartment finish

Same problem AND scenario lmao a little bit of liquid wax tends to cure the issue other than kicking the passenger out...
  9. New Experiences "Unleashed Events" are Coming for 2024 Mustang Owners

It’s possible it may have filled up and been taken down from the offerings, I would still reach out if highly interested, here are my confirmations:
  10. Crash Testing Video: 2024 Ford Mustang Coupe NHTSA MDB Side Crash Test

Different bends in the armature posts and different foam geometry. They will be visibly different than the rest of the S650 fleet.
  11. Crash Testing Video: 2024 Ford Mustang Coupe NHTSA MDB Side Crash Test

It will score better but I am not sure it will get any more stars due to those changes. Before I left Ford we redesigned the Euro HR's on the S650 to better score on the whiplash portion to help recover some of those points.
  12. To the Road Course (Buttonwillow track) with the 2024 Mustang GT - Overheating and Clutch Issues Aplenty!

Love Daytona! Haven't been down with the S650 yet but had a lot of fun with my S550. Post some pics!
  13. To the Road Course (Buttonwillow track) with the 2024 Mustang GT - Overheating and Clutch Issues Aplenty!

Similar numbers for me over at Gingerman Raceway, maybe 65-75 degrees. No heating issues the two times I've been out.
  14. If you’re on the fence about X PIPE, listen to the sound clips in this video

Can't really go wrong with either but love the sound and volume of the X-Pipe on my AVE at the upper end of the RPM bands.
  15. Engineering Test Mode message

Engineering test modes have been put into vehicles for some time now through secret inputs. This mode is likely for testing telematics and doing log dumps. Mostly informational and nothing special.
  16. 2024MY Mustang Dark Horse Order Banks CLOSED (as of 5/28/24)

Before 24 production ends and around late summer I would anticipate that information to come out. Hopefully sooner.
  17. 2024MY Mustang Dark Horse Order Banks CLOSED (as of 5/28/24)

Production was supposed to start in May, got pushed to June, and first orders went out in late August.
  18. 2024MY Mustang Dark Horse Order Banks CLOSED (as of 5/28/24)

from what I come to understand Flat rock will go idle in June (in addition to the scheduled shut down in July) along with 3 other plants. Makes sense with how the scheduling process works the Dark Horse banks have closed (and general mustang orders not long after towards the end of July/August...
  19. Anyone else find the cabin interior warm?

Zero concern with visibility at night, with less than perfect vision. 50% is truly the way to go if your goal is UV and Heat Rejection. I do believe getting 35% would be a little too dark at night but perfect during the day. I have zero regrets with 50% and it’s done an outstanding job thus far.
  20. Anyone else find the cabin interior warm?

Yes! Same 50% Xpel Prime Nano Ceramic Coating.
