I'm still smoking hopium that August is the month they ship!

My 2010 Shelby vert was shake and bake with crazy wheel hop. Replaced w a 2011 which added Z rods to frame a stiffer suspension plus and problems solved mostly but Fastbacks will always shake less for obvious structural reasons. The joy of driving a Convertible outweigh any shakes IMO

Luck of the agent you get. Most agents want to keep thier call stats acceptable i.e. avg call time, avg speed of answer, good dispositions etc and want to end call asap. I'm not impressed with Fords call center culture and training it may be third party.

Does your window sticker show Ramp 59 now? Not sure if it would
