Kits were officially announced October 16th. Not sure where the 6 month timeline came from. However, I can say that I just got word today that the final parts are headed to powder coat tomorrow.
This car has a Circle D converter in it so it will change the driving characteristics. Still drives very nicely. With the stock converter it will drive and behave 100% like stock
On its VERY FIRST and only full 1/4 mile pass we managed to run 8.90 @155.79 MPH with only 16.9 PSI of boost! This is the quickest and fastest centri powered S650 on the planet.
This is still a base file and only shifting at 7600 RPM. We are just barely scratching the surface of what this setup...
With all due respect.. ESS was last to market in S550 and is currently outselling every other option by a mile. First to market is not a priority. Tuning was never available so selling kits and getting cars running on the factory ECU tune just to create fake hype was not the move. Developing...
A few of the pre-order kits are starting to ship already. You will start seeing them around any day now. I would email sales and see if they will get you on the order list.
I own that car, it’s not a mistake. If you look carefully the 125mm pulley is on 91 octane and the 120 pulley is 93. That’s why the difference in power. More boost and more ignition timing

Awesome! More than welcome to come check it out anytime. @boostbarnracing on instagram or look us up on google. Shop is in Tempe next to Tempe marketplace. 3rd party tuning is used.
Most people won’t push a car this hard and especially not on a stock engine. This was just to show what it’s capable of in a race application. But throughout our testing it would make 30-50 less with the inlet and filter on it.
UPDATE:
We made a few changes to the S650 test car, this time around we added the following:
G3R head unit
Fore fuel system
Headers
8 rib drive system
This is still a 100% factory sealed engine! factory OPG’s and IMRC.
The latest stage of our development S650 hit the dyno and put down some serious power!
Mods are:
ESS G3R supercharger system (8rib)
Fore fuel system
Headers
Factory sealed engine. Stock OPG

It did hold right around 55-60 toward the end of the pull if memory serves me correctly. Never got low enough to require a BAP. However, a BAP is still probably a good idea.
