Looking to get partial PPF and then full ceramic coating. What areas of the car do you think are essential for PPF nowadays with the seemingly thin paint? My use will be street and the occasional drag strip.
For PPF I'm thinking maybe:
Clear for...
1. Hood
2. Front bumper
3. Headlights
4...
I had an LS1 Trans Am M6 and another one that was an A4. M6 was a daily until I got tired of shifting gears while working in Chicago traffic. Got the A4 for daily duty and then did the Thunder Racing TRex cam and full bolt ons on the M6 for a fun car. That thing SCREAMED.
When the miles got...
What dealers are allowing low priced DHSC orders at MSRP and no markups? My local dealer thinks he can still get ADM on a regular DH, which is why I just bought out of state for $7,500 off MSRP. He still wants $30k over for a Raptor R.
Ranges from about $108k-176k from what I have seen. That price range opens up a lot of options. I don't mind the higher prices existing, just think unless you have millions upon millions that it's an insane price for a Mustang, which I obviously love. I still think the DHSC should start...
Has anyone found a full kit that includes the front and rear fender flares and front and rear guards in matte black? I'm not a fan of carbon fiber in this application...
I absolutely agree with you. I skipped the S550 generation altogether, too Euro looking for my tastes. The GT350 and GT500 are cool though. I ended up with a modded 2015 Z/28 for awhile in the S550 years.
Also, that Boomer money is going to be drying up very soon for new fun cars. They are...
I agree. Just purchased my DH for $7,500 off MSRP with the options I think are best for me and how I plan to use the car (street and occasional drag strip) and I would not have paid anything more than this for the car. I LOVE the looks and plan to have a lot of fun with it, but the pricing is...
I love the idea, I just still have sticker shock about the DHSC pricing and am still salty, LOL. I can't imagine what Ford would charge to add awd, especially if it's a V8 hybrid like the Grand Sport X or ZR1X. I do think with the power these cars make today that awd makes a lot of sense.
I would have been onboard with an AWD version of Mustang, but after seeing the DHSC pricing, forget it. It's not going to be worth as much as Ford thinks it is.
Yeah, I'm not concerned about the weight, it's the looks that bother me.
Found this place, as well: https://c2-customs.com/product/s650-full-replacement-interior-parts-not-stick-on/
Anyone have these? How are they? The first thing I want to do is change out the plastic fake carbon fiber trim in the interior. These seem to be the only pieces that completely replace these pieces and are not overlays, is that accurate...
Just MHO, but I think the DHSC should have a base price in the $90ks. $108k - 176k is madness. Plus, you know the Boomers who need their egos stroked at car shows will pay crazy ADM just to have the newest thing at the shows for a few months.
