Yes you are correct, however mine and DTOWN cars are very local like 5-10 mins from the lot they are stored. So guess we thought they would start short distance then go long

All of this time with cars sitting and waiting to ship you’d think they would at least figure out the shipping process when they are ready(now!)🤣🤣

Yeah I was hoping us earlier cars would ship first since they’ve been sitting in the elements for over 2 months now… where as cars that may have only been built for a week or two are shipping. Doesn’t make sense

I hope this is the case, mine was ordered in February and know it has been built since June 7th. However my online tracker has not yet updated to built so has not shipped. Mine was one of the first built and am 20 mins away from Dearborn

Yes it is dumb that ford did not update us at all about the delays and why they happened. Only through a connection I have i found out my car already had a ton of rework done on it because like you said it is a new model and a lot of problems came with it. But ford never told us any of this

Wow that’s unfortunate the dealer did that. As frustrating as it is I’d rather have ford make sure all of the stangs are good to go rather than release without 100% certainty and need recalls.

I see. Maybe now there are no delays, however there have been plenty. We were supposed to have these cars by beginning of summer, then mid summer, no we’d be lucky to get them before fall

Yeah they are being test driven around Michigan I live here and see them all the time, but not released to public unless it’s a ford employee “testing”. If you scroll up a bit I went to a lot and saw a ton of them just sitting waiting to ship
