Going with insurance (though I'd hate to do it) would be the less headache for me. Dropping off/picking up from a body shop is just way less hassle than any other way... Unless I could order the parts already painted.
That's a rattle and it's not normal. Just got to try to pin it down by ear. If it's nothing directly on top/within hands reach, maybe check the PCV valve? Kind of sounds like one to me.
I have the subframe support braces and alignment bushings along with jacking rails and haven't gotten any extra noises. I had the same concern with the inserts so skipped them for now.
You don't need to assume, the size is printed right on the tires. Fronts, you move to the rear and swap sides, move the rears to the front on the same side.
I'd start with disconnecting the battery for a bit and see if that resets things or check to see if MBRP has some sort of reset procedure for it.

Been using this hood vent well over a year now and it's held up perfectly.
Do you know how many wires? I'll take a look myself tomorrow with a multimeter. I'm curious to see how much power is going there.
Mine seems to work but it also gets pretty hot.
These things get dirty fast for me, so it's just Motorcraft for me since I get them at cost. If I didn't I'd probably go with a washable filter but I'd never spend extra on some "higher quality" disposable filter.
