I almost always have moisture drip from exhaust on my vehicles, to me that’s normal and I have had a header leak and my H pipe came loose from a connection and I didn’t have any check engine light or codes from that, I’m guessing it’s the O2 sensor, Lethal Performance also sales a very good 90...
I give Ford credit for still making a V8 performance car, but the price is out of control and just not affordable for a lot of people. I will be staying staying with my base model 25 GT with a Whipple for half the cost.
Q6543, did you do the oil pump gears? I have seen a lot of debates and comments and I am going to be putting on the stage 2 kit with Kooks catless header’s and driven occasionally and very little drag or roll, I just wanted to hear from someone with over a year experience? Thanks
I talked with Whipple and they said the bare minimum is 91 octane, but you won’t see peek performance until you use 93 octane or better, I had the same concern, I have a stage 2 kit ordered and all we have is BP 91 octane but we also have E85 so I am going to blend to make E30
Thanks for getting back to us and it sounds like good tune, I will probably do mine next summer because I can’t afford a Whipple and I just want a little better throttle response and higher shift points and to run E85.
I’m curious to what mine would pull to I have a 2025 GT with Kooks catless long tube header’s and full 3 inch Corsa double H and axle back with a 1320 ported intake manifold and it’s still factory tuned but gets to 7500 effortlessly?
