Congratulations. The white accents are growing on me (although these white PP wheels? Not so much).
Now check my post in the DH forum and have the brake calipers power coated red :)
Got a 2026 Adriatic Blue. Thinking about changing the calipers from blue to red. The blue kind of looks “off” with this color and the red pops more. Here are some pictures from the DH SC.
Your thoughts?
Only did the side markers (front/rear). Rear markers hopefully in May, so I can't help you right now.
On a side note: I believe I read an issue with some of the rear lights connectors, Google it.
My original plan was to keep 19" wheels and lower the car. After some of the stories, I simply upgraded to 20" and it looks fantastic. Bonus point is 0.5" of clearance or so. Not sure why OP wanted to lower his car with the 20s, and if was worth the trouble....
The center channel upgrade (at least the one I did), was a 15 minute job. No rattling and I do find it to sound better (more clarity). And the center speaker driver is another paper cone.
I don't get the hate either for the stock B&O. It's not bad (and I can compare it to my Volvo's HK speakers). Having said all of that, I did:
- Swap out the center speaker
- Disable the EQ/ANC/ESE using Forscan
Have my subwoofer upgrade ready, but I want to do this when I have to take it out...
I have the OEM HP splitter installed on my non-HP and so far I haven't really had any issues. Couple of 'scrapes' with uneven roads but I realized (and told my wife) to be careful. I had an issue with the driveway for the ceramic detailer, but I ended up backing up on a slight angle to get onto...
Changed my wheels to 20", so I am selling my original wheels and tires. About 160 miles on the tires, comes with OEM TPMS sensors and lug nuts.
Specs:
- 19” X 9.5” (F) 19” X 10” (R) Tarnished Dark-Painted Low Gloss Aluminum Wheels. Like-new.
