Just for discussion purposes...looking at the ACM 727-01-02 section on the Forscan spreadsheet shows :

If you look up "2024 mustang gt EQS Flat EQ" on Google, it says:
Here is how to achieve a flat EQ or change the default EQS setting...
Was looking this over last night. My build currently shows : 727-01-01 xxxx xxxx 1xxxx.
Need to change to : 727-01-01 xxxx xxxx 0xxxx.
The EQ setting yall mentioned my build currently shows : 727-01-02 8900 2011 00EB.
Since it's already set at "0" I'm assuming there is nothing else to change...
Hmmmm, appears I need to look in to this a little more. Wasn't aware of the 727-01-02 line. Thanks for posting.
My build currently shows:
727-01-01 xxxx xxxx 1xxx
727-01-02 xxxx xxxx 0xxx
Sorry bud, I don't know. I used the info Fruitstang listed : " Search for the above mentioned line 727-01-01 and check whether the third column starts with a 1 or a 0. 1 means ESE is on, 0 means it is turned off".
Thanks for posting the AsBuilt link. Just checked mine and ESE is active. I didn't read through all 15 pages, but given all the threads on upgrading the B&O sub I'm curious if anyone turned this off and noticed any improvement with the performance of the B&O?
Regardless I'll be turning this off.
I need to do this myself. You fellas that have already done this, what OBDII adapter are you using? And if any of yall want to make a slightly more detailed video from plugging it in, opening Forscan, etc., I wouldn't be mad at ya š
I didn't see anything egregious. Curious if you think the fellas at the Ford dealership are going to treat your Mustang with a white glove?
You love your car and worked hard for it. We all get that. But it's just another Ford Mustang to everyone else.
Appears the consensus is most feel this is a worthwhile upgrade. But the realistic expectation is when listening to anything other than boom boom music in the "6-12" volume range the difference will be minimal.
I'm in the rock/country crowd.
I tried poly-fil with the factory B&O sub since I...
Since Ford didn't bless the autos with launch control like they did with the manuals, anything to be done on your end (with a tune)? I'm not coordinated enough to watch my rpm's and the tree at the same time lol
Once you turn on the stage light, how are you holding at 2000 rpm and watching the tree at the same time?
I donāt think I could keep my foot that steady š
I'm 55. I don't trust the oil techs at the dealership. The one time I let the dealership change my oil was right after I bought my truck (complimentary first oil change). When the tech removed the filter, he didn't check to make sure the o ring went with the old filter. Installed the new filter...
I'm pretty old school. Admittedly, on my first weekend cruise it took me 10 minutes to figure out how to turn the radio on  . But that's part of the fun of having a new ride. Learning the dash is like learning a new phone. I think you'll like it!
There are other delivery methods for these products. Iām not saying donāt get one. But routine maintenance has always worked for me. Iāve never had a catch can.
