Mine went to "built" yesterday and dated "In production" since 7/31. I was given an ETA of 8/23-8/29 from Ford via chat, but my dealer is less than 2 hours from FRAP and less than 1.5 hrs from Dearborn.
Be that guy. Ask for a supervisor or ask to be transferred to outbound logistics. They probably won't transfer you, but it will signal to them that you will escalate to get the service desired.
Not sure if it was me calling up the chain and making my displeasure known or just timing, but it's now "built" and should be in my hands within 48 hrs.

Ok, so may not be the BEST option out there, but a few cans of plastidip on the wheels would hook you up with what ever color you want and be removable if you want to sell the wheels. May not be professional, but it's very good as far as quick, cheap, and undoable go.
I'm not sure what the hold up is. My blend date was 7/26 and its still sitting. There's got to be some other reason than "it's at the back of the lot".
At this point, Ford SURE AS HELL offer those of us early orders some money back, fordpass points, or SOMETHING. I've already asked my dealer if they have a loaner to spare since I sold my car after repeatedly being told my Mustang would arrive by my wedding date (it did not).
