If a plant pulls a vehicle for random test driving for QC, they place a sticker on the vehicle notating so upon finishing. Most dealers will likely dispose of this before delivery.
I have requested for a limited PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection).
That way I will be doing all the plastic removal...
Mines in Winston Salem, NC at the Norfolk yard. New ETA of 9/5 to 9/18. 2.5 hrs from my dealer so..
My guess is this coming week.
(Per Ford Chat) today.
Least you had her in your corner at the time of same .(don't piss her off lol)
I asked my SM if they put premium in at delivery. He said not if they do not call for it. I told him if he wants me to take delivery, he will make sure it has a tank of 93 in it. Not trying to burn a tank of 87 on...
I would hate to think that too. That is some Pu**y BS if so.
I would guess that the torque management IS a little tight on them. Tuning availability needs to happen sooner than later.
When I ordered mine, the dealer had a 401a GT on stock order. I was going to take it and forgo an order. Then they spring the $10K ADM bs on me.
Needless to say, I said NO and just ordered my own.
That stock order apparently got canceled anyways.. LOL
The car is short shifting. Tell Esp with the trap speed. These things need a proper break in and they seem to unlock.
The 2.0 60 ft is contributing as well. Those MT's once worn in will get better. A 1.8 60ft would translate likely to 11.8 at 119/120.
Sadly, Ford did see fit that they gained...
pisttt....
If the admin changes in 2024.. for the better....
Much of this EV mandate horse shit is going with it.
EV is coming regardless, but the false urgency/narrative will ease with a change in DC hopefully.
