Sorry, I should have specified further. The Blind Spot indicator is still available as that is wired to the sensors hidden behind the shell of the rear bumper. That wiring is different than the wiring that goes to the mirror turn signal.

Yes 19 inch standard mustang rims will fit without any issue. 19 is the minimum size for clearing the Brembos. Anything smaller will not fit.
