Hi All,
I had a problem since day 1 in the car, which i recently fixed and wanted to share for benefit of all.
After the car is at normal operating temperature, The brake pedal squeaks, it even happened when the auto cruise control was driving and braking.
I had reported it 3 times to agency...
Hi All,
Last night while driving 80 mph at night with lights on, I saw an object and had to fully slam the brakes to dead stop, I noticed both my head lights completely dip down in level. Like 30-40 degrees! And it wasn't proportional to how much the car nose dipped.
I tried it again went 60...
It will be funny to see how the S650 looks with a mini spare.
Recenty saw this corvette online, ridiculous difference in scale! I'd rather have full size spare or run flat tyres.
I agree with all you said, it all comes down to the intended usage, for a daily street fun car, the GT is a cost effective V8 fun with neat tech features. For a competitive track oriented ride, DH will probably live longer and be more consistent.
Didn't miss any point, for a daily driven car it makes no sense to spend 18k extra. Even if bought for tracking it, spending that money on the GT would make it way faster at the track. Also, who buys a boat to track it, competing on a track with a stock muscle car is already losing to start with.
Paying 18k over the GT (premium DH vs premium GT) for 14 hp and a couple of rarely used track add ons is a rip off.
That excess money put into boosting the GT and a set of proper tyres, would make it a happier car on daily basis instead of rarely at track events.
I didn't mean voiding warranty by using remote rev, i meant by changing the car default software settings using Forscan, they can say you messed with the car.
Nop, i asked them about it, they said it's intentionally deactivated for Middle East version. But it can be done through FORscan, but i don't want to void my warranty.
It's quite useful for regions like Middle East, where we can't install a whipple and retain a warranty, neither would authorties pass the car in the annual check if it isn't stock from factory.
So am pretty excited about a factory supercharger.
486 hp already feels quite a blast on the road, whenever it wheelspin I feel grateful to be alive on the way home.
I bet 700 hp is fun, but feels like running on a cliff, one wrong slip and its over.
