I have mine mounted on the passenger side of the windshield at the top beside the mirror. So the GPS works fine. The way you have it I found blocked my vision. Where mine is it does not block my vision. I have it hard wired into the mirror to the rain sensor. No wire hanging down.
I have run Pilot sport 4s but for traction for my Whipple I run Mickey Thompson P325/30R19 but only an idiot would drive in the rain on these tires. That's why it sit's in it's heated garage when it's not sunny.
This is a real cool idea. However I was sitting in my Dark horse and could not think of anything I would add? No nice spot to put driving/ fog lights or anything else. What are people going to use the switches for?
Mine is mounted on the windshield passenger side of the mirror at the top. The power comes from the wiper sensor. No vision blocked and no hanging wires.
I have been running a stage one for about two years on stock oil pump gears. I have followed this form for over two years and I have not seen one article about someone actually breaking them. All the noise seems to be coming from articles the guys who sell them claim they fail.
Look's great. However don't believe the 810 hp if it's true then it's at the crank. Have been running the same set up for the last two years. In reality you will have about 680 hp at the wheels. Just be cautious going WOT the first time. Lastly enjoy.
Merkur I remember those. back in the 80's my best friend took his girlfriend of 6 years down to California she ended up going on the price is right and she won a car. She took the money came home went out to buy a Merkur and she hooked up with the car salesman and left him. Best thing to happen...
That funny my buddy at work had a beautiful S2000 and he would not drive it in the rain because it leaked. As for the boxster all my friends are male so I don't know anybody who has had one.
