Everyone unfortunately needs to get a reality check. Thereās a couple thousand built mustangs.
1. They canāt just spawn trucks to get them all over the US in a week or two.
2. Look at every other Ford release in the last couple years. Itās almost a guarantee some of us early orders still wonāt...
Would love some explanation on this. With a centrifugal, there's a whole intercooler. I don't see how a top mount intercooler could stay remotely cool considering it's acting as a pump. Does the air go through a cooler? what is this heat exchanger you speak of?
I wonder if the late availability is intentional. Let's be honest, everyone hates the feature and if the pressers had it, everyone would've spent a few minutes ranting about it.
People with early batch orders might be getting real lucky not having it equipped
That would make sense on initial startup when oil is cold and viscous and not coating parts. Once itās warm the difference between start and running is negligible

While I think auto start/stop is stupid (albeit a clever way around emission regulations) thereās no reason to think the motor would experience any extra wear. It would decrease wear since itās not running.
The point of my post is that OKTB can be reached and many cars can be sold before some people here even get a scheduled shipper. Until I get an actual āon the wayā word, itās just one more step on the many month wait before we see these cars : )
