    I have jeeps so i know chips. Do the self repair kit. Super easy and works great. Did my jeep and DIL hyudai sonata. The chips were nearly invisible. If you did not know they were they youbwould have a hard time finding them. I will look for my write up on the wrangler forum Permatex 09103...

    I see this a lot with the jeep crowd. Usually you get the tires and wheels because the intent is larger wheels and tires. Be it tall or wide or both. So this person probably went larger tires and possibly a square set up

    People that buy new wheels and tires usually sell their "take-offs" (factory wheels/tires) for "cheap" on ebay, marketplace, etc...

    Funny you say this, I thought the same way, until my wife said I don't think it is an afterthought. I think it is a statement. Interesting angle. As for the OP, look for PP take-offs on marketplace as long as you can have summer only tires
