I like the seats better on the 401a for sure. Plus memory seating for position is nice to have. Sonya is much shorter than I am and it makes it easy to switch back after she drives.
Unfortunately I can't drive this any longer even though.....it drives fine, just smokes on startup. Whatever they saw when they boro-scoped it it was deemed not to drive.
This is how my 2020 GT500 and 2021 Mach 1 both started with the remote. If I started it from inside I would push button with foot off the brake first, in accessory mode and I could hear the valves cycle. Once I heard that and started it was quiet from startup

Ford wants to replace the motor but I want the car replaced. This issue started with 214 miles on it. For me to be out of my brand new car for 2 or 3 months is extremely disappointing. My dealer is trying to locate a car to my liking and do a buy back to get me out of mine and into another
My car is the one that Ford is wanting to replace the motor in. Would put me approximately 2 or 3 months without my car. The dealer has found a car just like mine but with gray seats. I’m mulling it over. They remind me of the seats in my 2015 Limited Edition that were white. Only issue was...
I never said you called me an idiot, I said I'm not an idiot and didn't come here looking for how to fix my smoking car on startup. I came to make others aware that may not be aware of the valve issue that was never detailed to what it was, but the Ford rep seems to think my car is part of that...
I came in here stating my car smoked. I never asked for anyone to diagnose my car. I did this to see if anyone else was experiencing this. I went to the dealer and my car is still at the dealer. I'm not an idiot, I didn't come here looking for advice on fixing the issue, I came to make others...
we have been doing business together since 2004. When I walk in there most of the salesman, mainstay salesman, the main finance lady and managers know me. The owner knows me.
The dealer is actually trying to find me a replacement car. I'm looking at 10 to 14 days to get an open bay to pull the motor and then the time it takes to get a motor which was stated to be a month minimum. I was asked what options I had to have...... as close to what I have now as possible is...
So question for you guys that may have been in this situation previously…… Ford wants the motor in my car crated and returned to the engine shop and to give me a new replacement. How does this affect my cars value?
Exactly which is why I was looking for a clearer explanation of what point he was trying to state
I know what you are saying.....he did say he was using ACC when it limited his speed in certain areas. Basically, I'm trying to find out if he was using ACC when his speed was limited :cwl:
