  1. S650 vs. S550 direct comparison review by Hemmings

They did this in 1993 with the gt. The 92 had 225hp, and the 93 had 205hp. They claimed it was a rating change. I think it was because they claimed the 94 had 215hp, to make it look like an improvement. But that is just me. I guess my way of thinking could be applied for the 22 and 23 to get...

    I can attest to that.
  3. Official: 2025 Mustang GTD Revealed! 800+ HP 5.2L V8, Pushrod Suspension, $300K MSRP

  4. Official: 2025 Mustang GTD Revealed! 800+ HP 5.2L V8, Pushrod Suspension, $300K MSRP

I 100% agree. I think they did it because it was the closest thing to gt3 besides GTE, which was taken already
  5. Official: 2025 Mustang GTD Revealed! 800+ HP 5.2L V8, Pushrod Suspension, $300K MSRP

It is not just the horsepower. If it was horsepower we would have a 60k, 700+, rental spec car. *cough dodge* This is about handling too

  9. Leaked! Mustang GTD (Mid-Engine?) Supercar Special Project - Debuts @ Monterey Car Week on 8/17!

No way, it is too heavy. This is the street gt3, and the race one was all for light weight. I would expect a version of the race v8

  11. Ford Marketing...

I get that. However, is it still not beyond them to put in production wheels, even if it is easier to use an earlier rendering?
  12. Ford Marketing...

I was going through my emails the other day, and I noticed ford had sent one about the Mustang. After clicking on it, I realized that the pic of the 'stang had the 20 inch premium rims from the s550. I think it looks good, but why would they not just use the 20 inch wheels from the s650? There...
  13. Ford Motor Company: On Your Left!

The reason why is because ford wants to create more interest with the dh. Without the tremec as a unique option the dh is more or less a regular gt with visual changes, more power, and a better handling upgrade. They also want you to she'll out big bucks for more profit.
