There is absolutely no meaningful comparison between a 4 cyl. ecoboost and a V-8 Coyote GT . They are not even in the same universe. Get the real deal or wait until you can.
@Sig Oris ..... I have a 2024 GT premium convertible. I bought it from a lot as was ordered: vapor blue, space grey seats, rim up-grade to polished 5 spoke, AT, Bose up-grade. I'll attach a picture to show the color of the car, space grey seats and oem "Brembo" brakes. I have just ordered a 2026...
@RobertWins ......an extremely inciteful comment! As a school Principal I fought continuously to stop that "You can be anything you want". It was nonsense that could only lead to many children feeling inadequate, angry and unhappy. I told students to work at being the best they could. You Tube...
I was a School Principal for 20 years and put my self through three university degrees ending-up with a Masters of Education. I started-our running wheelbarrows of cement for a concrete forming company while in high school. Worked-up to concrete pouring crew chief. Started my own crew pouring...
Ford CEO, in a wide ranging interview said he has been told by senior line workers that the younger workers are having to work two or three jobs to make ends meet. Some come from 8 hour shifts at companies like Amazon with only 3-4 hours of sleep and can't function properly. Farley is trying to...
If it isn't in your oil and is not visible coming out your tail pipes (easy to see) and there are neither leaks from the block (easy to see and smell - sweet smell) nor from your inside cabin heater (easy to smell - sweet smell) then the rise and falls are normal for where you live and drive...
Understood. That oil temp is hot enough that it should not be the cause of any undue "noise" from the engine block IMO. Can you hear it with the hood up? Could it be turbo noise? The turbos have very tiny oil passages and if the oil is not hot enough to flow easily through them they can make noise.
My GT is away for the winter but I start it every three weeks and run it until temps are normal operating range. I have done the same for my last 3 Mustangs. What I hear - on yours - is IMO normal and if it gives you some peace of mind (and I hope it does) my GTs all sounded louder until the...
@tankcj ..... I don't believe Oxford White is offered for 2026. I had a 2014 Oxford White convertible I got a LOT of compliments on it. That said Grabber Blue is AWESOME. I ordered a 2026 GT Premium Convertible a couple of weeks ago in vapor blue metallic - like my 2024 GT convertible and that...
@Jarstang ..... about those sales numbers. Several guys I know have been shopping for 2026 Mustang GTs - ALL - have said the same thing. Dealers have more interest that order allocation. Yes, you heard that right., you might not be able to order a Mustang from a dealer if they don't have the...
A few and I mean only a few posts on this forum (many more on others) show that owners have no clue how to properly mod engines and their brothers - the transmission and rear end - none of which should be heavily modded independently. I remember my uncle explaining to a guy who came into the...
@Frogdog1 ..... apologies for the tardy reply. I use Meguair's Gold. The bottle has changed names a bit over the years but I read the label to ensure it had a high content of carnauba wax. It is a black bottle and when you put some on a microfiber cloth to begin applying it you can really smell...
@ValhallaNitePony ..... nope. No vendor in their right mind will be responsible for that kind of stupid $hit - you do that and you're on your own. Of course asking the vendor will give them a laugh to share with their friends and families.
......oh man I can hardly believe some of the posts we get. Owners go waaay outside of safety margins and blow-up their machinery. Then it's - what happened????? When we built marine and land vehicle race engines we always said - you know there is no warranty on this, right?
