For me, since I have the Kooks headers and AWE mufflers, I put in Normal not to be obnoxious to my neighborhoods until I am out of it then switch to Sport! Sport mode is loud! Lol!

Good idea to use foil that used for floor insulation should help the situation? Just a thought!

How about putting on an edge trim around the cutting sections so that it doesn’t fray the edges?
