I see this on the Ford email stating: Owners should: wait for communications from Ford, which will begin on August 26th, 2024. The Ford reference number for this recall is 24S49. Why the heck Ford would reply to wait till August 26th? Everyone who has Mustang maybe in danger to an accident!

I did check my FordApp but nothing yet maybe I am not on the list or maybe pending soon????? Who knows, just wait and see but I hope not!

Were you able to use the lever on left side to lower your body a bit? I am six foot too but just pump the level to lower myself works for me! Try that!

Only for stick, press the clutch to disengage and rev the engine! For automatic, just wave them cuz I don’t want to tell you to put it in neutral and rev then put it back in drive! You might put it in Reverse by accident during that! Not worth it for automatic, for safety sake!
