Yeah the tracker can’t really be true. My ETA is also 9/7-9/20. It’s 9/8 and still in New Boston. Considering it will take probably about a week to transport, looking at 9/18 the absolute soonest.

With a 3/4 tank of gas, it sounds like the dealer enjoyed the ride. They wouldn’t transport it with a full tank.

Mine as well. Contacted my dealer about it and they said there’s nothing they can do.

I’m with this guy, Ford (mostly their hired/chosen transporters) has my blood boiling. My vehicle “shipped” 8/21 but hasn’t moved an inch. It’s still in Michigan.

From what I understand, the trucks can’t be tracked. Your next update might be it arriving.

I’m wondering if maybe they just didn’t update/send the info to ford before sending out some of the rail cars.

Just spoke with Ford chat and they said my vehicle is still located in New Boston. Arrived there 8/21, received the shipped email 8/31.

New Boston since 8/21. Coming to Alabama. Current ETA is 9/5-9-15, which has been changed/delayed twice now. Considering it is 9/5 and still not loaded to a rail car, I won’t even have it by 9/15. A dealership about 20 miles away has received over 5 mustangs, my dealer has received 0. Where are...

Hope you get it soon! Mine is still in New Boston. I’m just not gonna check for updates anymore because every time I do I’m just disappointed. Leaving for vacation next week and just hope it’s here the week I return.

Is anyone have issues accessing their window sticker? Shipped 8/21 been in New Boston with no movement for 2 weeks and now I can’t view the window sticker.

I believe they had some backlash after the announcement and decided to add it back.

My ETA got pushed back as well. Ford chat isn’t even giving me the location of where it is, just that it’s “in transit” since 8/21. Likely still waiting to be put on a rail car in New Boston. Nearly 2 weeks of ford telling me me car is “shipped” “in transit” and “on its way” but my vehicle...

Gotcha. Thanks. I’ve been at ramp 5A in new Boston since 8/21. Got the email 8/31. Ford chat still said it’s a ramp 5A. Since I got the email I thought there would have been an update.

Did you get a shipped email? If so, how long after the email were you able to get the rail car info?

I guess it’s maybe possible they sent me the shipped email early. I already find it very strange I got the email at 10:56 PM CT.
