I worked on helicopters, HH-60's and CV-22's, for over 20 years and guess what.....Not once did we have to change the oil after a break in run, lol! (Turbo shaft engines move a bit faster also) This is a waste of money, IMO, as the manufacture would require it if it was an issue. The metal...
if you buy a new car and have GEICO, they offer bumper to bumper extended warranties s for ~10 bucks a month, for 100k miles!!! its a very good deal, ive used it before. There is no intermediator, all you do is file a claim like you do for insurance and then they deal with the dealer. Very easy...
Greetings from SOMD!!!! I'll try to get out later and measure for you. The dealer installed the factory license plate holder (I asked them to) so I had holes when I swapped to this one. I did order some Bumper Plugs in the factory Dark Matter Grey paint and they actually look really good...
Ive had mine for about a month and haven't noticed a clearance issue at all. This, IMO, is the best looking front license plate bracket around, don't stress this one at all!!
Not bad at all!! Ive done a ton of digging this week and it looks like the main issue with these gaps is the headlight alignment. Ive got another appt at Ford soon for them to finally get it squared away.
Thats every domestic car right now. MyToyotas are holding value strong right now though, even made money when I traded my Tacoma in last month. Our Highlander has only dropped about 4k since we got it new in 2022.
Im in the same boat. I tried the method above and the only way to fix the gap is to pull the bumper out and that increases the gap between the front of the hood and hood seal. My driver side rocker plastic panel doesn't fit correctly either, big gap in the front. Going to have the body shop just...
Just tried this and it pushed the front bumper cover far enough forward where the hood seal had a big gap..closed the gap between the headlight and bumper though, lol! I’m just gonna let them change the cover I suppose. Perhaps there are some that got manufactured out of spec.
Can you explain how you did this? I just took mine to the dealer for this same issue and they are telling me they have to order, and paint, a new bumper cover!?
