To @agreywolfe ās point they will bolt right in as they share the same tracks as the base manual seats. The only unintended consequences are that the DSM harness will not match correctly so youāll lose any kind of memory, heat or vent capability from your stock seats.
Thanks for the input, Tony! Iām going to make the jump from GT to Dark Horse. I think Iām going to pass on 700A then especially given the recent price mark ups. Itās my last V8 so I want it to be special.
You're going to love this spec! With all the options combined it makes for a perfect cruiser and occasional track car. For an all-black build it has got the most looks of any of the others I've done.
2024 initial: $61,XXX
2024 year-end: $63,XXX
2025 (PL515): $65,XXX
Roughly $4,000 price difference for my GT Premium

Here's what it is for my 25MY Dark Horse order:
2024 initial: 69,5XX
2024 year-end : 71,5XX
2025 (PL515)...
I bit the bullet and put an order in for a 25MY Dark Horse (600A, Handling Pack, Recaros, Grabber Blue/$1000 difference from 24MY). I'm hearing the same thing in that earliest it will be built could be March/April. Expect about year wait from now. If I get more info I'll happily share.
Last I checked, profiles are still bugged with memory issues. Delete profile and fob association don't create another profile then re-save all your info and should work fine.
To piggyback off of this; is anyone aware of the average Dark Horse Handling Pack order-to-delivery time based on 24MY experiences? I'm sure it's all over but trying to gauge how much time is relevant.
Did not do this with my S550 or S197, but it is routine with my S650 (or a downshift/rev) and seems to be that way with most S650 owners I've come across so far.
@Q6543, did you swap out your driver side half shaft yet? How have the stock ones been holding up? I am going to do the Whipple install soon but wanted to get the half shafts settled first since it's the last mod I need before the SC install. Looking at doing the GT350 half shafts again since...
I would agree with you that it isn't feasible, but they are pondering the option as a possibility as I have responded to their request to supply components for such. So not that ludicrous as they are doing their due diligence on the matter.
I have been hearing talks of the Camaro coming back as a limited run for 2025 due to some plants sitting idle. It would not be built at the traditional plant. No new design changes noted but would be treated as a last call edition.
