I have the hykit el cheapo from amazon for a 2023 on mine. Its worked perfectly no issues or codes. Throttle feels much better. Seems ford really messed up or intentionally added lag to the car.

Just yanked mine out was a Spireon unit p/n 7-0048-01 no reason for that to be there. Was attached witha universal harness to the back of my obd port. Wouldn't know it was there tucked nicely behind my kick panel. IT also acts as a telemetric unit similar to what's used to track 18 wheelers...

I just find the cs offering for the 24's boring its blue trim and maybe a few other things. Kind of lack luster when compared to other versions of the cs edition. I agree about the 60th edition its just plain stupid.
