Auto manufacturer's have a disabling fuse in the fusebox, and every car ships with it installed. I'm not 100% sure how it works, but I wouldn't be too shocked if it helps prevent any draw from the battery. And if that's the case, the battery can sit there for almost a year and still be able to...
Wonāt even let me enter it. This pops up every time I press āactivate vehicleā š
however itās probably important to note that it recognizes that my account has a 2024 mustang on it. Hmmmmm
Ford
Ford chat wonāt even give me a ramp number. Theyāre not telling me itās completely built either, despite the tracker having a date under production now (sounds like thatās supposed to mean built?)
Lucky you. Ford chat has been no help whatsoever, and my dealership just told me my order has been delayed again with no eta, no date, no additional info
My tracker just updated today, had a date under "in production" of August 2nd. Guess I'm stuck in shipping limbo, collecting bird poop until Ford decides it's okay to sell the cars now.
Iām waiting for the Doug DeMuro full review of this thing. He usually does a 2nd review when the car is available for driving, and I hope thatās the case with the Mustang too
It's the truth. The cheapest configuration of the S650 will ride leagues better than my 1965 Mustang ever could. It will ride better than all the cars we had in high school, and all the cars we thought were cool in high school. And while it's not going to beat out the likes of a Bentley...
I was satisfied enough with the ride quality of the S550 GT non-magneride that I ordered my S650 without it. GT Premium, no Magneride, non PP. I'm sure the car will ride just fine as-is and I'm sure I'll be happy with it.
Just chatted with them, agent didn't have a secondary to give, and didn't know what the oktb date was. Is there some secret to talking to these guys that I'm not picking up on?
I got the window sticker after 2 or so days of the tracker being āin production.ā Itās been 8 or 9 days for me now. Not holding my breath but maybe my car will be built by next week? Of course that doesnāt matter if it wonāt ship for another 4 weeks. Just have to wait and see ig
Iād like to revive this thread and ask: what consumer-apply wax products do you guys prefer? Specifically for a black car, but Iāll take recommendations from people without black cars of course.
Iāve been washing and waxing my black Lexus myself while Iāve owned it. Iāve been using the Turtle...
