An honest man's opinion. If you signed an agreement, have them stick to it. If you really want the car, don't fret over a small over charge.. If you are a principled person, walk away and give your business to some other dealer. This has a risk that you will not get the car you want,

My wife bought me a red 2024 GT convertible for my birthday. It was a complete surprise. She really knows me. She ordered it exactly as I would have. My only regret is that I did not meet her and marry her sooner.
Since it is winter, I only take my convertible out when it is dry. As far as a daily driver, every nice car I've had, has been vandalized when i park at work. Urban setting.

Like you I had many manual cars and truly enjoyed them. My wife bought me the car as a birthday surprise. She asked me about having a manual in her next car and I told her that I just want to point the car in the right direction, push down on the throttle and feel the wind in my face.
I found that you have a phone case and the plastic/rubber mat, it makes charging difficult. Removing the plastic/rubber mat and leaving the phone case on helps the charging process.
I probably will not track my convertible so I will probably not get one. I want to see how it looks on other ones before I make a final decision. Hope it helps
I have researched dashcams and have deternined my android phone based dashcam does an adiquiat job. I use the AutoBox BlackBox application and get great results. This has saved me a few times. It is free from the Google app store.
The Mustang has rear seats!!!!! I never noticed. Just a little kidding around. I agree Spartan. We use our mustang as a family weekend car and we find the same thing.
