No. Zero dollars. You don’t have to buy anything. Your VIN (at least here in the US) pulls up your window sticker as a pdf file which you can save for free. That’s how I got my window sticker earlier this month when my car went into production. Hope it works for you. If not, TRY BACK LATER...
