The morning is all automatic cars so he can participate in those activities. For the afternoon you are assigned a Dark Horse and if you signed up for the manual that is what you will be assigned. Unfortunately for your son that means that he won't get to drive the road course.
I have a similar issue with my GT. Monday the fan went to maximum and the driver side was max AC while the passenger side was max heat! The dealer checked it today and had to order a replacement part (not sure what yet). I never had a code show up that I could find though.
I wondered about that. It was 2 days of intense driving on the course. Then the sensor failed on the way home. No idea though if it was just coincidence that it happened at that time.
The difference between my driving #19 on the road course and the instructor driving it ---- he got a LOT more out of the car than I was getting, really showed how the car can handle.
Were you there September 5? That's the day I went and that picture of you in the Mustang you look a little familiar - if you were there we never had a chance to talk.
And yes, if you have the chance to go to Mustang Unleashed you have to take it!
This was my Dark Horse for the afternoon...
Completed my Unleashed event today. Great time. I have a few pictures and video from the car during the afternoon sessions on the track with the Dark Horse. Too tired now to sort through things though, and I don't have access to the professional pictures yet.
Nice. When we remodeled one of our houses we added a third garage bay. I wanted to put a lift in but my wife was against it. The builder was excited about designing the third bay with a lift.
What were you wrong about? They lied and said it wasn't part of your package and that you didn't get the strakes. The only one who was wrong about it was them, and now that they know they can reply that they now know it is supposed to be installed. And maybe apologize for some tech stealing them...
Had mine in the dealer today (nice pick and drop off service by them). When I was driving back after 2 days on track at Gingerman a couple weeks back, I stopped to grab something to eat. When I got back in the car and hit the expressway a CEL popped up.
Ford Pass told me something about the...
Since the tow hook and strakes were in the same packaging in my car (dealer forgot to install my strakes as well so it was all sitting in plastic bags in my trunk), that suggests that some tech spotted the strakes so pulled them out to sell or place on his own Mustang, and then put the tow hook...
They are lying. The strakes are part of the performance package. If they aren't in your trunk in a bag because they forgot to install them, then someone saw an opportunity to sell them and took them.
Call the Ford helpline and ask them for assistance.
One quirk seems to be with over the air updates. About half the time it resets other things.
Last night I got in the car and all of my preset stations were changed, my oil life monitor went to 0%, and the "my color" changed.
Then I would double check the custom profile and see if you saved everything that you wanted. But I had a problem for awhile where my custom profiles wouldn't save properly, and it was "fixed" when another update came through
Yes, I made sure that the clamp was loose but the filter is just a touch smaller than the intake. I will try some silicone grease to see if I can get it to slip over. Rocking it didn't help, it wouldn't go over the intake.
I got my filters and went to install them today. I couldn't get them to go over the intake opening though. What is the secret? The stock filter I could pull off and put back on easily.
When you start the car it will always default to the "normal" settings. You have to choose your custom setting after starting the car.
For liability reasons, Ford won't let the car retain and start in anything but "normal" settings.
