I got a VIN and build date today and it isn't showing up for me either. Mine has been so messed up beyond all recognition as my dealer gave me order codes to a Bronco after also putting in the wrong phone number and the wrong email address so mine has been so messed up I don't know that I'm even...
Update - My dealer gave me the wrong order code so I pulled it up on Ford's website and it's for a Bronco. My dealer is so lost. I called Ford marketing and they sorted it out hopefully. I still have a build date apparently but it's 6/19/23 now. My "new vin" isn't working on Ford's website yet...
In the video he says " No black painted roofs or convertibles. "
My convertible was just scheduled this week. These videos weren't right last week either.
Just got out of chat with Ford. I originally ordered on 3/27. Didn't get a build date or VIN last week but I have both now. Premium GT Convertible scheduled for the week of 6/5/23 even though "black roofs and convertibles" were technically not being schedule this week. Those Long McArthur...
Anybody in this thread get build dates today? I haven't checked on mine since last Friday but I was planning on checking on mine again tomorrow morning sometime.
I think they actually do the scheduling on Thursdays though so you might just be checking too early in the day. I was planning on checking Friday morning sometime knowing everything from Thursday has actually been scheduled.
I'm thinking the same thing being plenty of people with nite pony got scheduled last week. Holding out hope for my 3/27 convertible order this week despite what this video is saying.
Did you have a build date as of last Thursday or did you just now check? Just wondering if they have started the next round of scheduling yet as I have heard that is a Thursday thing.
I'm wondering if everyone gets "unscheduled clean" as soon as they have submitted their order or if that takes so many days as well just to get to that status.
Skip shift is a system in manual transmissions where the vehicle makes you skip 2nd and go from 1st to 3rd under light / medium loads. I know some performance GM cars had it but wasn't sure if the Mustang ever had it.
Is this the first time you have asked them? I didn't have anything when I checked Friday but I was thinking about asking my dealer on Tuesdays and Ford chat on Fridays.
