I'm getting them for looks and protection. They add a little finish to the car's profile. Granted I don't have the HP and super sticky tires, but you do get spray when its wet and rocks can happen almost anywhere.
Agree with you on that.
This is more curiosity. Does anyone know how many key fobs you can program to the car?
Didn't find anything specific on ford.com, or searching here. AI says 4.
Just curious if this is accurate? I would expect it's 4. 🤔
The mobilizer on my Subaru's would accept 4. However, the remote...
Thank you. That's good to know. The EOS flaps are more my taste but the mustangrestyled flaps are also designed very well. I know you feelings about the latter. Design and installation are very good for both.
I'm going to start watching and hope they come back into stock soon.
I heard back from the EOS flaps seller. He confirmed they have been raising the price when they don't have inventory. Seems like this item goes in and out of stock frequently.
He suggested that I add the item to my watch list and I'll be notified when they come back into stock.
Yes. They must be out of stock again (or still) because I just emailed them and asked them to correct the price. 😂 Darn!
Clearly the EOS and Mustangrestyled are the best choices from a fit , looks and installation standpoint. 👍
Thanks @Neco
I'm going to look more closely at this today. Fortunately I have a '26 DHP without start stop. I decided a long time ago that I wouldn't consider a car with this technology. The start feature at a signal for example is not fast enough for me. Not to mention the wear and tear this...
I was in my sync4 yesterday changing settings and I could swear I saw a Profiles option. Like you, I haven't bothered with them. I'm the driver 95% of the time. My wife wouldn't use them. She'd only be concerned with seat memory. I believe there are only three slots. Can you confirm that...

I don't suggest you leave the top covers off. I know you can for sound, but you'll probably get some heat soak at some point. Personally, I've never liked oiled filters. Just because I don't like them doesn't mean that it's not the right move for you. I have filterwares on my stock filters...
Greetings,
Could this have something to do with Alexa integration? I don't use Alexa. I never have. I use Android auto with Google Assistant, but I know Ford has integrated Alexa into the sync 4. Just a shot in the dark?
Greetings @Zig,
I can test this for you today. I haven't driven my car for 3 days. I see a two-stage RPM drop on a cold start. It starts high and then drops down to to 1,200 something, and then even more when its warmed up and ready to drive. I'll capture what mine does exactly today with times.
The guy across the street has a Harley and his thing is to roar off down the street when he takes off. I should be able to remain the "good" neighbor 😇
Ford released this information somewhere. I remember reading about it.
They discontinued Wimbledon White which was a 60th anniversary color. Also the Lime Yellow. Then they introduced Orange fury, Adriatic blue and Avalanche gray. I believe Blue ember is only available with the appearance...
Thanks for all the replies. From the beginning, I did notice that the car is noticeably louder for the first 15 - 30 seconds. However, it defaults to normal mode. (Quiet toggle on, no schedule set).
I'm going to try setting a schedule. Maybe 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m and see if I like that...
2026 DHP. No schedule set in Ford App, but I do have quiet mode for remote start enabled in Sync4. (No schedule)
When I remote start the active exhaust starts in normal mode. Normal being one step to the right of quiet. I don't really have a set schedule, like leaving the house for work so I've...
