I took in my first Mustang and the dealer said they had to keep it two days to make sure the stuff cured correctly. I would assume some dealers may be different but needles to say I will not be doing the recall on my other one, since I don't trust my vehicle to sit at a dealer over night.

Sooo.. anyone know if this could impact registration renewal?? Reason I ask is my registration will be due in a couple months and in CA if this is considered a "safety" recall it wont allow you to renew until recall has been addressed.

Only exhaust upgrade I have is an H pipe but mine goes into mode 1 (sport mode, track exhaust, sport suspension, and steering) as soon as i leave my sub division. My favorite button is "quiet mode" have used a few times when a sherrif or CHP gets behind me.

I have had friends that have brought their vehicles to Papini's garage in Temecula. They are a high performance shop that do a lot of work on all generation Mustang and do suspension work as well. I use mine all the time since my car is a weekend car. Bought it using the Fordpass points, no issues whatsoever. Charges the battery, and once full goes into maintainer mode.

I received update 10.1.1 yesterday, and after it was done updating a grey box popped up and said "vehicle authorized" not sure what that is all about. I have seen the "disabling motion sensor" message in the past, when I shut off the car and I don't get out right away.

Ahhh gotcha. I wonder if colored headlight tint would work. I know trying to cut it would be a pain but I see the rolls of that stuff all over Amazon and it's fairly cheap.

I saw that RTR colored the lights green on their Mystichrome Mustang they have been bringing to their shows. Maybe if you reach out to them, they may tell you what they did.
