Congrats!! Looks amazing! I just don’t understand how those of us that ordered 5 months ago have no car and no information on the status of our cars and other people are getting their cars in 2 months. It makes zero sense! I should’ve waited until June to order…I’m happy you got your car though!

I agree the extremely slow trickle of deliveries is so frustrating. My dealer shows 14 of them ordered-they are supposed to get the first one (an ecoboost) this week. Mine has been stuck on “in production” since 11 July with no updates.

I love every color of mustang-because let’s face it they’re all beautiful lol - but it’s what you ultimately order that matters most😉

Does Ford ever publish how many cars were made in each color? By my observation the only color I don’t see anyone talk about is Iconic Silver-so I suspect that color may be the least popular. I’d love to see a light smokey gray color next year or something similar to avalanche gray.

If they made a car in the color of that first picture I would have gone with that in a heartbeat! Unfortunately that is not what it will look like in person. I definitely wish they had a light smokey gray color…. Congrats on the car BTW!!

Yes I have lowered my expectation to “I’ll be lucky to see the car by the end of September…”. I agree it’s pretty ridiculous just know you’re not alone.

I just got off the phone with Marketing…. They were very nice but zero help. I still have no answers. It’s been produced since 11 July and went into a black hole after that. Nobody knows anything-Ford chat, marketing, dealer and tracker are all useless.

Absolutely! I couldn’t agree more-there was zero advantage to ordering early and the truth is we are being penalized for doing so. Nice job Ford👍🤦‍♂️ A little honesty and communication would go a LOOOONG WAY!

It’s all coupes built before a certain date….

So let’s figure out the earliest blend date of any coupe that has been delivered and we can narrow down which ones are being held. I suspect the ones being delivered had a blend date of sometime of mid to late July or later.

Hasn’t changed since 11 July

Clearly those of us that ordered 3/27 (especially coupes) when the order banks opened are gonna be some of the last to get our cars…doesn’t seem right but nothing we can do about it.

20% ceramic all the way around with the window strip is all I will ever use. Obviously I live in a state where I’m not concerned. But that has been my go-to setup for a long time.
