Mine has completely disappeared as well. Does the factory amplifier have anything to do with the galloping sound? I mention this, because I have bypassed the factory amp an added an aftermarket amplifier. And mine stopped following the bypass of the OEM amp. And I like to sound, too.

Will that DSP allow me to switch between Surround and Stereo? Right now, my settings will not allow me to switch between Stereo and Surround. I am assuming it is because of the aftermarket amplifier, PAC, etc.

I have a couple other manual sports cars. I figured didnt need another manual, and I definitely made the right choice. This automatic V8 is great! I-95 traffic is a bear, as is route 1 much of the time. I get tired of manuals day after day.

I lost the "dum de dum" heartbeat when I installed the pac amppro and new amplifier. Everything else is fine. But damn, I miss the dum de dum.

So, I took yinz' advice and got the PAC Audio Amp PRO AP4-FD31 and went with the Alpine R-890S six channel amp. I have already run the hotwire, removed the OEM amp and secured one end of the ground. Should not take long once I get going this Friday. Thanks for the advice.
