I had a new 2025 GT hardtop auto with the performance package 3:55 gears, adjustable exhaust, Brembo's. Since day one the car had a horrible vibration at 60 mph and higher, really bad at about 80-85 mph to the point the rear view mirror on the windshield literally buzzed and the image was not...

Ford repurchased the car, I'm out!

Mine is the same way but its not the whole car shaking, it feels like its buzzing more so and its literally audible. Definitely in my opinion and driveline issue.

Mine with the 3:55 is more of a rumble buzz type situation, you can hear it and feel it.

What differential gear ratio do you have?

Yes, from the first fwy drive I took it was super noticeable, I was driving it in traffic around town just a bit but never got over like 60 mph until that first fwy drive which was over 100 miles each way.

As of now it only has 1,500 miles on it!

They replaced the driveshaft and it is as bad if not a bit worse than it was before. At this point I need to contact Ford corporate directly to try to come up with a resolution as the dealer techs aren't capable of troubleshooting or correcting NVH issues.

Someone wrote a reply about their 2025 Datk Horse having the vibration issue and it being the differential but I no longer see that reply...please repost, I'd like to find out more.

Update: I drove a brand new same equipped GT and also a brand new bare bones GT, the same equipped had a slight vibration at the same speed but definitelyless than mine, the bare bones base GT had almost no vibration at all at that speed. Dealer ordered a new driveshaft so waiting to bring it...

Was exactly my initial thought as well but they said they had it checked for balance. Did they really? That remains to be seen.

I thought about that spare tire well too, its a good thought to try it with the seats down! It definitely is very audible so that does make a lot of sense. I'll probably pick it up tomorrow and do some testing on my own to see what I can come up with.

I'm definitely going to be in contact with Ford directly as thus far it's been Ford dealing with the dealership directly. I did tell them to get the driveshaft checked for balance and they said they did and it was perfect, I was wondering about the half shafts as well...Wonder if someone along...

Im in CA and have a place in TN as well, my car is in CA and a friend's shop is dealing with a customer car thats getting the same vibrations. I purchased the car through Gosch Ford in Temecula and they are the ones I'm dealing with on the vibration.
