It happens to me from time to time as well. I think because of the battery going low, I don't drive my GT everyday. What is annoying, even after fully charging the battery overnight on a charger, it won't return immediately. Only after some longer drive.

Does anyone know what seam sealer is recommended for this job? Ford Motorcraft TA-2-B?

@SSuperDave could you please post the whole procedure pictures and the part number of the sealant if you have it? I'd like to do procedure myself and only let dealer test it.

All cars are drive-by-wire now. I'm not sure the fact that it was an electric vehicle matters much in that particular case. But it's F%^&ing concerning regardless. Or even more concerning I'd say.
