Make sure you are using adaptive cruise control. It only works with adaptive cruise control.

I had this issue a month ago for 2 full days. All themes were set on track. If I change 1 drive mode theme, it will change all drive mode themes to the same. For me it was a battery issue. The minus clamp was almost out of it's place. Then I charged the battery and the issue was gone.
